Lower jaw surgery

I've set myself that my salary will be saved for my jaw surgery. I don't know where the surgery will take place because I'm not sure of the ability of the doctors in Indonesia (and I don't find any information about it here). I've watched many jaw surgery videos on youtube and all of the patients said that it was painful for months but worth for it. And the post-surgery jaw is as strong as it was before. Scars go completely away by probably three months after surgery.

I don't know how long it takes to do this surgery with my own savings. But I wish I've done this jaw surgery before I got married. I want to be a bride with a normal lower jaw. Hopefully I immediately get this surgery because I want to get married before the age of 25 with someone who is not even clear until now hahaha :p

Merry christmas, everyone!

I'm glad Christmas has come. And according to tradition, our family gathered and prayed together on Christmas Eve. But only me and Dedek who stay up night.

Even Sadako had come to celebrate Christmas :p

Dear readers,

I want to make an important statement about this blog. Since many people misunderstand what I mean in writing this blog, so I want to say once again that all the things I post on this blog does not mean to describe myself entirely. This is a blog not a personal diary. So I have the right to choose whatever I post and do not post here. Everything I post is my personal experience and opinion. A lot of things I experienced but not everything can be posted here. So please once again, don't judge me from blog post that simply.

Finally, I'm so thankful there are people who take the time to read my blog which is not important hahaha. I hope that a small part of my writing could be useful a bit though. God bless and peace be upon all of us :) ~

Inverted Triangle

I just found out that my face is inverted triangle shape, not oval or diamond as I thought before. I have no idea about this kind of face shape because this is the first time I heard it. And now I have no idea about the hairstyle and make up which fit on my inverted triangle face.

The Inverted Triangle is named so because it features a much wider appearance at the top of the face than bottom. While the proportions may very well be ideal with regard to the horizontal and vertical dimensions, the width of the upper section of the head compared to the jaw area is what makes the determination for this face shape. In dealing, the key is to minimize the upper portion of the head while creating volume and a horizontal line at the jaw area for width.

Our celebrity choices, Jennifer Love Hewitt of “The Ghost Whisperer” and Tyra Banks of “The Tyra Banks Show”, are classic representations of the Inverted Triangle. Both have wider foreheads than jaw areas, and have pursued different styles to cope with their face shape. Ms. Hewitt’s hairstyle uses side-swept fringe and low volume styling on top to minimize the forehead, while the added volume and wave at the ends of the hair draw the eye outward and give an illusion of balance. Ms. Banks, on the other hand has chosen a sleek, asymmetrically-aligned up-style to draw focus away from the shape of the face and create the illusion of more width in the lower portions of the head.

I get this face shape because my lower jaw is moved forward more than normal. I was thinking of getting plastic surgery or jaw surgery in South Korea, but the high cost makes me think about it again.

Moreover, I realized that I'm not the only girl who has this ugliness. Let's see Sui He, a top model from China who has lower jaw forward just like me.

She looks pretty here
And the best of Sui He!
Other artists such as Gemma Whelan and Catherine (Duchess of Cambridge, formerly known as Kate Middleton) also have the same shape face, inverted triangle, with the lower jaw forward.

In fact, some people were doing jaw surgery by lengthen their jaws to become an oval shape or an inverted triangle. It felt so silly because I ever thought to get it for changing this inverted triangle shape.

I don't blame those who had surgery to beautify their faces. Because I ever thought to take the same way for the same purpose. But for now, I'll try to love myself more and appreciate the grace of God upon my face, my nature and the people around me. Especially my mother.
Anyway, today is mother's day. Happy mother's day, mom! Love you

Half-day in Bandung

Today I will fly to Denpasar. But there's no flight directly to get there. It was required to transit in Bandung, Jakarta or Surabaya and I prefer to transit in Bandung.
At noon, I landed in Bandung. I went straight to AirAsia counter for printing the ticket because I already checked in via mobile. After the ticket in my hand, I went to Istana Plaza. Since I used to frequently visited it, I'm not interested to go around for shopping. So I immediately go up to the top floor, the food court. I chose Hottosuppu as a lunch spot for me while waiting for my next flight to Denpasar. Although I was there for 4 hours, the waiters still serve me with a smile and politely without any impression to expel me out :p

My lunch: Strawberry milk soda, Beef teriyaki rice bowl, chicken karage
And afterwards, I went down to the ground floor, to J-Co Donuts and ordered a half dozen donuts and a glass of hot cappuccino. Finally at 4 pm I went back to airport and leave for Denpasar at 6 pm.

Bali, I'm coming!

Kopi Progo

This evening, my friend and me were having snack and coffee at Kopi Progo (Jl. Progo No. 22) Bandung. It's a suitable place for hanging out since the atmosphere is soooo homey :)
In addition to various types of coffee from all over the country that are served by experts, there are also pancakes, grill, risoles, etc.
Psst! This place has WIFI, game consoles, internet corner, even home theater and private room :D

Daily life of a student

As other students who live alone by renting rooms, I'm having trouble with managing money. At the beginning of the month -have fun with luxury. In the middle -simple living. At the end of the month -relying on compassion from roomates -.-'
If my condition was like this, as breakfast I bought canteen's fried rice. Portions are not much but enough filling for the price -three thousand rupiahs.
Breakfast
Lunch? Thank God there is a stall that I found by accident, selling home-cooked food at cheap prices - really cheap!
Rice and two spicy boiled eggs only costs five thousand rupiahs. And it tastes delicious enough :p

Lunch
But they're only open until afternoon. So for dinner, I bought fried rice that tasted outrageous (and very cheap!)

The addictive dinner :p
But there was something strange about this fried rice. I could be addicted to eating it again and again. I'm not trying to find out about this due to my wallet :p

Tangkuban Perahu

On the way to Tangkuban Perahu, we stopped at Grafika restaurant for lunch. The place is green and the price isn't so expensive.

We were having lunch at a cottage

And finally, we arrived at Tangkuban Perahu!

Shopping!

The crater of Tangkuban Perahu

On the way home, we took time to taking pictures at one of the tea plantations that we found on the roadside.
